How to update FW on the CL-100

Before you begin:

Start a support ticket with plexusAV support to request the .BIN firmware update file. 

Open Windows Explorer or OS equivalent to show connected storage drives.

How to update FW on CL-100:

1. Unplug the unit (remove power at USB-C connection in the back or at the external power brick.

2. Hold down source button on front panel

3. While holding down the source button, return power to the unit and keep olding down until the POWER LED flashes continuously. (other LED's may flash as well)

4. Look in the file exporer for a new connected drive (CL-100 will identify as USB drive in Windows OS)

5. Copy and paste the .BIN file into the drive (do not create a new folder)

6. Wait 20 seconds, watch the LED lights flash until the unit reboots and POWER LED stays on continuously
